For many decades, Myers Controls and Bacharach Canada have been proud to provide you with the best in combustion analysis technology. With some of the most reliable units in the market, Bacharach has been the go-to product line for many BC gas fitters.


One of the many advantages of buying a Bacharach unit is that Myers Controls can calibrate it locally, here in the Lower Mainland, and have it back to you in only a couple of days. This helps to decrease any downtime you may have without your unit. And don't worry, the calibrations are still ceritifed and regonized by the industry, and you still receive a ceritifcate of calibration for your records.


So how does it work?

Bring or send in your unit to us. We will do a thorough check-up, make a note of sensor dates and expirations, and recommend to you the best course of action to prevent any possible future downtimes (ie: replacing sensors prior to expiration). Then, we will calibrate and repair the unit as needed and agreed to by you. After that, you can pick up your unit or we can ship it back to you. All of this normally takes 2-3 days.


Currently, we are able to calibrate and certify O2, CO and NO sensors. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot calibrate NO2 sensors and will have to still send these units back East.


While we can do minor repairs here, and for the most part have everything in stock that is needed, there are times when a unit must be sent back East to Bacharach. This would include units requiring warranty work and major repairs (such as computer boards and screens).

RETURN POLICY (updated November 23, 2016)


• Prior authorization is required.
• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
• All returns must include, at the minimum, the original packing slip or invoice and original packaging.
• Any items returned must have packaging that is unmarked/unsoiled.
• Any items returned via courier must be sent prepaid.
• A minimum 25% restocking fee (or $25.00, whichever is greater) may be applied.
• All cash sales are final.
• All installed parts and special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Original freight charges (air or ground) are non-refundable.

WARRANTY POLICY (updated November 23, 2016)

Please note:  All warranties are handled as per our individual manufacturer’s policies and include decisions on shipping charges and date codes.


• Prior authorization is required.
• All returns and subsequent credits are approved or denied based on the manufacturer’s inspection, not Myers Controls.
• Myers Controls does not supply advanced warranty replacement product. All product must be purchased while warranties are under consideration.
• If the manufacturer decides to repair or replace the product in question, Myers Controls will give such repaired or replaced item in lieu of credit.
• All items sent to us via courier must be sent prepaid.
• All warranty claims require a minimum of one month for processing. This is based on our individual manufacturer's timelines and is subject to change due to unknown factors regarding courier and manufacturer schedule.


SHIPPING POLICY (updated November 23, 2016)


• All items measuring over 35” in length will be subject to an additional $10.00 packing & shipping charge.
• Due to policies set by local couriers, any item made of glass is uninsurable during shipping and we strongly recommend customers arrange for pickup of such an item if at all possible.

At Myers Controls, we pride ourselves in being able to give our customers what they need, when they need it. That is why when we heard that you were having trouble getting Engineered Air parts quickly, we responded! Now in stock at Myers Controls are all the service parts you would need. Ignition modules, retrofit kits, ignitor assemblies, speed sensors,  and N2S switches... if you need it, we now have it. What's more is that our inventory is still growing. As customers have found out that we stock Engineered Air parts, they have begun to ask for more, and we have been happy to listen!


We also stock some of the larger parts, such as combustion motor assemblies, X-Trac, M-Trac and DJ-M boards. If we still don't have what you are looking for, we can usually get it within a few days. Need something regularly? Let us know and we will do our best to start stocking it!

Myers Controls realizes our customers are; contractors & tradespeople. Because of that, we know that many of our customers are in the field for the majority of their day, and this is when they need our help the most. Our first priority is to finish filling in the content of our new products page. Here, you will be able to see pictures of all the products in our warehouse, get wiring diagrams, instruction manuals, replacement part suggestions, and much, much more! Every day we will be adding more parts to the list, so remember to check back every time you need may just find it there first. We have designed it so that you can choose either a product category or a brand category to search through. We feel that by doing this it will become a very useful tool for you as a contractor. By means of having a visual, as well as measurements and other available information, you will be able to confirm the correct part before ever leaving your customer. This will help you to cut back on down time as well as possible costly mistakes that result from picking up the wrong item.
